How to place an order
for Cup cake/ Muffin/ Cheese tart/ fruit tart/Apam polkadot
a) Quantity Up to
100 pcs
i.
Please place
your order minimum 3 days from pick up date/ delivery date.
ii.
Please pay
50 % deposit upon confirmed order. Balance to be paid during pick up day.
iii.
Deposit is
forfeited if cancelled.
iv.
Any cancellation of

b) Quantity from 101 –
300 pcs
i.
Please place your
order minimum 5 days from pick up date/ delivery date.
ii.
Please pay 70 %
deposit upon confirmed order. Balance to be paid during pick up day.
iii.
Deposit is
forfeited if cancelled.
iv.
Any cancellation of

c) Quantity above
300 pcs
i.
Please place
your order minimum 14 days (2 WEEKS) from pick up date/ delivery date.
ii.
Please pay 20 %
deposit upon confirmed order. Balance 70 % to be paid 5 days before date
required and balance 10% during pick up date/ delivery date.
iii.
Deposit is
forfeited if cancelled less than 7 days.
iv.
Any cancellation of

d) How to place an order
for Wedding / Engagement / Hantaran Cake or Cupcakes

order minimum 7 days from pick up date/ delivery date.
ii.
Please pay 50 %
deposit upon confirmed order. Balance to be paid during pick up / delivery day.

Deposit is
forfeited if cancelled.

e) Cakes with Edible

i.
Please scan your
photo and email to Freshfrm.oven@gmail.com .
ii.
For Own Photo
(1 photo) +Editing+ Edible Image (to combine), order must be placed 2
weeks in advance. FULL PAYMENT is required before I can proceed with
the order.
iii.
Payment is forfeited if
cancelled.
